Terry has been in the security industry since 1979 and healthcare security since 1988. He is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of all branches. His areas of expertise are training and consulting in healthcare security, managing disruptive behavior, use of force, strike security and workplace violence.

Bart joined Teachout in 2012 as a Healthcare Security Officer.  In February 2013, Bart was named the Security Manager of a 400 bed hospital facility. In September 2014, he was again promoted to Flint/Saginaw Branch Manager, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations. Bart has been in his current position as Director since December 2015.

Robert A. Schriner, Corporate Compliance Manager / I.T. Manager

Robert became a member of Teachout Security in 1998. He is responsible for payroll, billing, networking, camera sales, camera installation, daily financial reporting, depositing, tracking of receivables and assisting all branches in their day-to-day operations.

Tracy Marsh, National Accounts Manager

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.

Tracy became a member of Teachout Security in 2010 and has since climbed the ranks to National Accounts Manager, which she achieved in 2016. She has worked with Detroit and National Branches and is a member of ASIS International, a leading organization for security professionals worldwide.

 

Derek Loomis, Detroit Branch Manager

James joined Teachout in 2016 and oversees our Indiana operations. With over 30 years of combined law enforcement, military, and security experience James provides our management team with a unique perspective on training, conflict resolution, and use of force.

Michael H. Duweck, Jackson Branch Manager

Mike joined Teachout Security in 2014 after a long and successful career in executive and senior management positions in the commercial printing industry. His experience includes ownership of an Inc. Magazine Fastest Growing 500 firm, and leadership of a division of one of the nation’s largest specialty printing companies. Mike is responsible for overseeing all operations in western and central Michigan regions including branches in Lansing, Jackson, and Kalamazoo.

Jon Forist, Lansing Branch Manager

Jon joined Teachout in June 2009 as a security officer. Jon has held multiple positions as a site supervisor. In July 2015, Jon became site supervisor at a government account. He was promoted to Lansing Branch Manager in July 2017.

Michele Mullin, Accounting Manager

Michele joined Teachout in 2005 after spending 13 years in the non-profit sector. Michele oversees our internal accounting department which is responsible for all payroll and invoicing functions.

Mike has a vast background in security and police training that spans multiple decades. He is also a veteran of the United States Army and is active in local military organizations. Mike’s role with Teachout involves being a client liaison as well as a resource with his vast knowledge of the security industry.

Ian has been with us since the inception of the Healthcare Services Division in 2010 starting as an officer after completing his career as a United States Marine.  Ian worked his way up from Officer to Assistant Supervisor, then to Shift Supervisor before taking a Site Managers position in our Healthcare Division.

Allen joined Teachout Security Solutions in 2015 after working over ten years in security business. Working in the Healthcare Division, his role is to develop business through consulting and identifying solutions for client needs. In addition, Allen also plans and supports development for all security operations.

Nick joined Teachout Security in the summer of 2016. Part of his course curriculum for his B.S. in Criminal Justice was a 3-month internship. At the conclusion of his internship, he was offered a full-time position as Support Service Coordinator and is now our Business Development Manager since summer of 2017.
